Downed Tree: A dead tree spotted by Barbara Maidhof on the Common Lot was dropped and the debris removed by Rich Francese, George Maidhof and Stan Janiak.
Dock Work: Another effort to note are the two new boards replaced on the dock. One on the step from the land to the dock and another at the end of the guest dock.
2nd Annual Asphalt Pickup: Thanks go to Rich for doing the annual asphalt "pick up".
Seeding the Slope: Yet more thanks go to Rich and his volunteer helpers for a job well done restoring the slope at the Common Area
